Promotes Inuit economic, social and cultural well-being through the implementation of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement. NTI’s ten member Board meets regularly in different Nunavut communities to debate issues and make decisions on implementation of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, safeguarding the environment, advancing and protecting Inuit interests and rights, as well as business development and numerous other matters in the Nunavut settlement area including monthly benefits to support our Elders, and a support program for Inuit hunters.

Provides rehabilitation (housing and support services) services to people with severe mental health problems.

Offers decent housing in a quality environment within the city of Montreal to single people and families with modest incomes living anywhere in the Montreal Metropolitan Community. We also enable our tenants to participate actively in shaping their environment.

Provides development of knowledge, skills and values to children to achieve self-fulfillment and improve self-esteem/ assistance for 1st time offenders, intervention programs for youth with social difficulties.

Provides clean, comfortable beds for up to 80 impoverished male residents, and temporary refuge for another 225 transients each night.

Offers services to women and children seeking safety from violence or abuse. These include a safe shelter, crisis intervention, and counselling; we also provide education in the community about the negative impacts of violence and abuse.

Mandated by the Province of Ontario to ensure individuals who are institutionalized or undergoing the process of de-institutionalization have access to adequate and appropriate spiritual and religious care.

Helps adults and young offenders to find housing and employment.

Uniting Ontario's non-profit housing sector, ONPHA works for excellence in non-profit housing management, and for new affordable and supportive housing for people still in need.

To develop innovative and cost effective programs to meet the needs of mentally-challenged youth 13-18 years of age and their families.
