The department's housing mandate is to assist residents who have limited incomes in their efforts to obtain adequate, suitable and affordable accommodations, while undertaking social development and promoting economic self-reliance. Programs include funding for affordable housing providers, rental subsidies, and grants for necessary home repairs.

A Christian home designed to assist hurting young women (ages 18-28) who have had traumatic experiences in their life and desire healing from these difficult problems. The Girls' Home is a 13 month residential program focusing on root problems. We operate in a family atmosphere where a Christian education and one on one counselling are provided.

The principal goal is assisting clients in finding appropriate and affordable housing. We are available to help access emergency accommodation for clients who are in danger of losing their home or who are in an emergency situation.
