Long term, safe, appropriate, decent, non-labeled housing and supportive property management for low-income people in Edmonton’s inner city.

This community-based entity brings together representatives from three orders of government and a wide range of public and private sector stakeholders and community representatives. EJPCOH coordinates community initiatives to address the priority low-income, special and transitional housing needs of Edmonton. In addition, EJPCOH works to prevent the at-risk groups from becoming homeless. EJPCOH provides a forum for collective advocacy and coordinated initiatives to ensure that Edmontonians have access to a range of appropriate, affordable housing.

Encourages youth "at risk" in the city of Saskatoon to make choices that improve their quality of life through the provision of direct services and an inter-agency approach.

Our mandate is to provide community-based prevention and intervention services. We operate affordable housing for single parents and low-income families, offer sports and recreation programs to inner-city youth, and provide counselling services to children, adolescents, and families.

Devoted to helping women and female youth who are, who have been, or who may be at risk for coming into conflict with the law.

The Transition House provides safe, transitional housing for women 16 years and older who are, have been, or are at risk of becoming in conflict with the law, as well as women who are homeless.

Offers services and programs to marginalised women, advocates for legislative and administrative reform and offers a forum within which the public may be informed about, and participate in, aspects of the justice system which affect women.

An emergency shelter for abused women (leaving a partner abuse situation) and their children. The shelter also provides telephone crisis counselling, support, advocacy, individual and group counselling, counselling and recreation for children, referrals, ex-resident follow-up and support.

Provides a short-term residence for individuals from the mental health and justice system, offering individual and group counselling and crisis intervention.

Provides shelter and training programs to give youth useful tools to make a progressive transition towards independent living situations.
