Offers several programs to assist those in crisis. The Centre provides shelter to homeless men, women, and children and administers custody centres for young offenders. Non-residential services include Nipissing Supervised Access Centre, Christmas Outreach, emergency food hampers, telephone counselling, non-resident counselling and information and referral to other social services.

Temporary housing to women and their children who are victims of family violence. This may include abuse of a physical, emotional, psychological, financial or sexual nature.

A not-for-profit health clinic with a multidisciplinary primary health care team that practices collaboratively and provides holistic care to people who are marginalized.

Ensures that hungry people are fed and educates the public, as well as government, about poverty, and advocates for social policy changes to reduce the number of people who must seek emergency food bank assistance.

Provides safe affordable housing for individuals and families in Dartmouth.

We serve the multiple needs of those homeless, marginalised and working poor who seek us out for assistance. The help may involve obtaining identification, assistance with accessing Ontario Works or Disability, assistance with bus fare for work, schooling and treatment or for medical care, housing and mental health as well as prescription costs. It may also be for assistance with food, clothing or referrals to another agency.

A shelter for woman and children that provides counselling, a crisis line, basic necessities, information, referral, public education.

Provides confidential shelter, support, and advocacy to women and children in crisis on a twenty-four hour basis. The home also provides emergency shelter to transient women and their children, and acts as an emergency foster home for the Dept. of Health and Social Services. Outreach services include home visits, Youth Centre activities, and a weekly childcare drop-in program.

Provides a long-term and affordable housing option, with minimum supports, to single adults.
