The Cold/Wet Weather Initiative is a network of community organizations, shelter providers, government, and health authorities in the lower mainland functioning cooperatively in response to the problem of homelessness. The initiative is committed to the implementation and continuation of accessible shelter service with regards to local needs during inclement weather.
